The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One countrymade rifle and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that he is in jail since 22.12.2014.

The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight and a half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
