The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 57/2014 for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that one Noor Islam gave a written report dated 19-8-2014 to the Officer incharge of Rautara Police Station that her daughter was missing and ultimately done to death and suspected the involvement of the petitioners due to previous enmity.

No.17851 of 2015 (3) dt.11-06-2015 2 / 2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the alleged girl is said to have been missing since 14-8-2014, but the F.I.R. was lodged on 19-8-2014. No explanation has been made on behalf of the prosecution. Further, it has been submitted that except for the suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners has got no criminal antecedent, and they are in custody since 28-2-2015. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely,Md. Sultan and Md. Naimul @ Naimul Haque be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,Katihar in Rautara P.S. Case. No. 57/2014.
