Although, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the previous occasion and today also no one appears on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4935 of 2013 dt.05-11-2018 2/2 petitioner , on instruction learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have been appointed pursuant to the direction issued by the Tribunal, probably that may be the reason that petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present writ petition and as such no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the previous occasion and even today no one appears. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Court accept the submissions made on behalf of the State that the grievance of the petitioners have been redressed and as such the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

On the basis of the submissions made by counsel for the State, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners if the submissions made at the bar by the State counsel is found incorrect to approach this Court for revival of the present writ petition.
