It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petition has already been set at rest. He placed an order passed in C.W.J.C.No.270 of 2009 and accepts that the case of the petitioners has already been decided by three-man committee.
In view of the fact that the case has already been decided by three-man committee, I do not find any ground to pass
