The petitioner being the father of the victim is languishing in custody since 24.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the victim was working at Delhi when he came to in-laws house from Delhi and on 23.09.2014 he went to his parents' house where he was killed by the parents and other family members since the victim had strained relationship with his wife.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19432 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 though, the victim died due to snake bite and no motive has been alleged for committing offence. The investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014.
