The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act.

Regard being had to the fact that there is case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the injured persons were

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58879 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 simple and superficial, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 11 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
