The learned counsel for the opposite parties has, at the outset, submitted by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.11.2019, passed in CWJC No. 15296 of 2017, the encroachment in question has stood removed on 22.12.2021 and after passing of the orders by this Court, again spot inspection was made and it has been found that the land in

Patna High Court MJC No.1834 of 2021(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 question is free from all encroachment.

This Court finds that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner so as to rebut the aforesaid contention put forth by the opposite parties, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with. Thus, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
