JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The recovery of bags of wheat and rice was made from the Dalan and house of co-accused Vijay Singh and Fatkan Rai respectively and the aforesaid co-accused disclosed that petitioner had kept the aforesaid bags. Co-accused Vijay Singh and Fatkan Rai have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and so far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be P.D.S dealer and had kept the bags to facilitate the consumers.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
