In view of the aforesaid, the respondents no. 2 and 5 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in light of the relevant papers which the petitioner shall submit within a period of two weeks from today and dispose of the case of the petitioner within a period four weeks after. The writ petition is disposed off.
