In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage. However, the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that on account of scold of the mother she has lost her temper and gone to the house of her Phua. She further stated that these petitioners have not kidnapped her.

No.46128 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case no. 127 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
