The submission of the leaned Senior Counsel for the appellant that the reason for rejection of her claim that she was not literate is misplaced because under the defence category education qualification is not required.

Patna High Court LPA No.879 of 2014 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 The fact is that the advertisement related to the year 2010. Seven years have gone past. Since then many things have undergone a change which include the modality of selection. The location and allocation within the industry all have changed after the advertisement itself was cancelled and the site withdrawn by the Company.

No interference is warranted with the order dated 12.12.2013. Appeal is dismissed.
