The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Circle Officer, Charpokhari, District Bhojpur, Ara to issue rent receipts in the name of petitioner with regard to land purchased by the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed petition before the Circle Officer for issuance of rent receipts. The name of the petitioner has already been mutated.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I
Patna High Court CWJC No.6193 of 2018 (2) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 dispose of this writ petition with a direction to Circle Officer, Charpokhari, District Bhojpur, Ara that if any petition is filed by the petitioner before him for mutating his name with regard to land purchased by him and for issuance of rent receipts, the Circle Officer shall pass order within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
