The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 376 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecutrix made allegation that the petitioner called her to Sirdalla Bazar and established physical relation on the pretext of marrying with her but, later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It is submitted that the victim herself went and stayed at the house of the petitioner. The victim is a major girl. The doctor has assessed the age of the victim between 17-18 years. The doctor did not find any sign of rape. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail since 03.12.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
