The petitioner has challenged the appointment of private-respondent no. 6 as Anganwari Sevika at the concerned centre before the various authorities but to no avail.
Now, with the framing of new guidelines of 2019, the petitioner would be required to make a complaint before
Patna High Court CWJC No.14131 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 the C.D.P.O., Thakurganj, in the district of Kishanganj regarding the appointment of the private-respondent no. 6 in an unauthorized manner.
Should such an application be filed before the C.D.P.O., Thakurganj, in the district of Kishanganj (Respondent No. 5) within a period of four weeks, the same shall be looked into and be decided by a reasoned order within the time-line prescribed in the guidelines of 2019. If the time-line is not followed by the C.D.P.O., the matter would automatically be transferred before the District Programme Officer, who is the first appellate authority under the new Guidelines. If the petitioner still feels dissatisfied, she can approach the Divisional Commissioner for the needful.
With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
