Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.9.2014 in a case registered under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she has only stated against the petitioner that four days prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioner had given threatening of dire consequences to her and the victim, specifically, stated that two other accused participated in her kidnapping. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Town P.S. Case no. 385/2014.
