The petitioners seek their bail in Andhara-Thadhi P.S. Case No.59 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners have killed his sister for demand of dowry. It has been submitted that petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of the deceased and as such they have no concern with the husband of the deceased. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 15.11.2014 Considering the facts aforesaid, both the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D.N.Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhara-Thadhi P.S.Case No.59 of 2014.
