JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 29-03-2018 This application has been filed for correction with regard to particulars of respondent nos. 2 to 6 as mentioned in the cause title of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.4998 of 2018. It is pointed out that inadvertently in the cause title of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 4998 of 2018, the particulars of respondent nos.2 to 6 have been shown as officers working in Madhepura, whereas the correct fact is that they are officers working in Saran at Chapra. The error occurred due to typographical error in the cause title at the time of filing of the writ petition and, therefore, a prayer is made that particulars of

Patna High Court MJC No.940 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 respondents no.2 to 6 be corrected as officers working at Saran at Chapra.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is directed that particulars of respondent nos.2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 be read as District Magistratecum-Collector, Saran at Chapra, the Assistant Excise Commissioner, Saran at Chapra, the Superintendent of Excise, Saran at Chapra, the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra and the Vehicle Inspector, Saran at Chapra.

With the aforesaid correction in the cause title of order dated 22.03.2018 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.4998 of 2018, this application stands disposed of.
