120 liters Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.11.2015.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Divya Jaiswal, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in Agiaon (G) P.S. Case no. 116/2015.
