The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No. 169 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner induced the informant to purchase a piece of plot pursuant to which he parted with huge money and a fake person personated for the land owner and executed the sale deed of which the petitioner became the identifier, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
