The petitioner seeks his bail in Daniyawan P.S. Case No.01 of 2015 registered under Sections 452, 341, 354A, 504, 506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he entered in the house of the informant and tried to catch the daughter of the informant with bad intention.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has no concern with the allegations made in the F.I.R. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 5.1.2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is
