This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kochas P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8,20(b),(ii),(c),25 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

About 70 Kgs. of cannabis was recovered and the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the alleged recovery of cannabis.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60642 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
