The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 49/2014 for the offence punishable under section 25(1-B)A of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant, S.H.O Alamnagar Police Station, while on patrolling duty got information and searched the house of the petitioner and found one country made rifle from his house, but he fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one country-made rifle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Further, it is submitted that the petitioner approximately is in custody for the last six months i.e., from 4-12015. On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Kavil Mukhia @ Kabil Mukhiya be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 49/2014, G.R. No. 619 of 2014 (Sudhir Singh, J) BK.Roy/- U T
