Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him and two other FIR named accused on the premises that ten days prior to the alleged occurrence, FIR named accused Keshav Kumar and Ram Pravesh Paswan had sold one he-goat to the deceased and had gone to take dues and at that time, petitioner was driving the vehicle of the aforesaid co-accused. In course of investigation, some call details were collected by the I.O and subsequently, petitioner was arrested who confessed his guilt.

It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, investigation has already been completed in respect of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9758 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S.
