JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nokha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is brother of the main accused Shashikant Pandey against whom the informant has levelled specific allegation of kidnapping his daughter.

In paragraph-7 of the bail petition, it is mentioned that petitioner is minor.

In such circumstances, the application is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the Juvenile Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55839 of 2017 (2) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today and Juvenile Court will consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose off the bail petition on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
