The petitioner seeks his bail in Dhanarua P.S.Case No.194 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he did not deposit the received and withdrawal amounts in the customers' accounts according to the instructions.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to mistake of fact, he has been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.7.2014. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in the court below subject to the final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16605 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No.195 of 2014, subject to condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) in the court below subject to the final disposal of the case.
