The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.5 and the respondent no.5 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the respondent no.5 regarding his grievances within a period of two weeks from today and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3382 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 2/2 respondent no.5 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter, considering the fact that the mother of the petitioner is on death bed as well as the fact that according to the petitioner, the post of Ayush doctor is vacant. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
