JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being the Katib produced forged challan at the time of registry of the document but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he deposited the amount of challan through challan in the Bank and produced the aforesaid challan before the registering authority and, moreover, petitioner has sufficiently been punished by remaining in jail custody since long and the document in question has already been executed after depositing required amount.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8584 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No. 146 of 2015.
