Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has handed over the cheque of Rs. 31,346/- only. The amount calculated by the opposite party for payment of honorarium / salary up to the date of termination.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the said calculation of the opposite party is erroneous as they have not calculated on the basis of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3326 of 2013(9) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 monthly salary payable to the petitioner but on the basis of actual day of working. The Court in the facts of the case is not inclined to proceed with the present application. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file representation before the Competent authority, who shall redress the grievance of the petitioner after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
