The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2020 registered under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 464, 467 and 476 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after 10 years. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
