For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Suneil Kumar Thakur-Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Hirday Pd. Singh (A.P.P.) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Theft was committed in the house of informant wherein the articles, so detailed under written report, were stealthily removed by the unknown criminals.
From the order impugned, it is evident that on the confessional statement of petitioner, some of the stolen articles have been recovered from his possession.
That being so, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected. If so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
