Deceased, Sapna Devi, who was married with Sonu Kumar in the year 2011, was always subjected to torture and cruelty for procurement of dowry and in the aforesaid background, Sapna came to her Maika in the month of May, in the month of June, Sonu accompanied her and then, informant was informed that his daughter had already been murdered on 06.09.2013 by her husband, in laws as well as her dead body had already been disposed of.
Petitioner happens to be brother in-law of the deceased. Husband is already under custody. Father in-law and mother in-law had already been granted bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.42338 of 2014 and the case of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17205 of 2015 (03) dt.29-06-2015 stood on similar footing.
Accordingly, petitioner, Ranjit Dhobi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara P.
