Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail since 17.01.2016 with the allegation that he along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and snatched Rs.9000/- from the pocket of the truck driver. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and no specific allegation has been attributed against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10257 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016.
