Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sheohar Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 498(A) and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4573 of 2021(2) dt.08-10-2021 2/3 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the First Information Report is that when the informant went to her matrimonial house on getting information that her husband has performed second marriage and raised protest, it is alleged that these petitioners being neighbours along with her husband started assaulting the informant by fists and slaps and kicked her out from her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and in the background of some matrimonial dispute between the informant and her in-laws family, they have falsely been implicated in this case. Statement has been made in paragraph -3 of this petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar Mahila
