2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in a relationship with one Arbaaz and the petitioner had helped her and taken her to Gujarat.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Saran at Chapra / concerned Court below in connection with Parsa P.S.
