The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 327 of 2014 arising out of Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 123 of 2006 in which charges have been framed under sections 366 read with 34, 384 , 120B and 376(2)(g)of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 20.03.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 49563 of 2013.
Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 20.03.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20835 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 prayer for bail is rejected.
The learned 3rd Additional District Judge, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
