This application has been filed on behalf of petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33483 of 2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application in view of bar under Section 362 of the Cr.P.C. so that he may avail appropriate remedy before the learned court below and also consider the pleadings made in the present bail application. In view of the above submission made on behalf of the petitioner the modification application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
