The petitioner seeks bail in Keoti P. S. Case No. 29 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report.

In the written report it is alleged that daughter of informant had gone to shop for purchasing some goods but she did not return. The informant has alleged that he got knowledge that Rishi Kumar along with accused persons including this petitioner under conspiracy had kidnapped his

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is grand father of Rishi Kumar. He has no concern with the affairs of Rishi Kumar.

Petitioner is in custody since 2.6.2019 having no criminal antecedent..

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judgecum- Spl Judge, POCSO, Act, Darbhanga , in connection with Keoti P. S. Case No. 29 of 2019 POCSO G.R. case no. 09 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
