JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2018 Heard Mr. Binod Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC 3 for the respondent-State. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to get the poultry farm removed from the residential area of the petitioner, situated in Village Dihuna, P.S.- Alipur, District Gaya. However, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent for disposal of his representation dated 28.12.2017, submitted to the Respondent No.2, the District Magistrate, Gaya, as contained in Annexure-1 for redressal of his grievance.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that he is not having any instruction whether the application of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6085 of 2018(2) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 petitioner has been disposed of or not but he further submits that if the application of the petitioner has not been disposed of till date, the same will be disposed of within a reasonable time frame.

In the circumstances, it is expected from the Respondent No.2, the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-1, if it has not been disposed of till date, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
