The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 448, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while she was in her house, Rampravesh Paswan armed with lathi came at her door and started abusing her and when she objected, he assaulted her by means of lathi and when her mother-in-law came to save her, Ghanshyam Kumar dashed her by catching her hair on which she became semi-naked and

Ram Dayal assaulted the informant and her mother-in-law by danda and Sohray Paswan took away Rs.5000/- after breaking lock of the box by entering in the house of the informant and thereafter fled from the place of occurrence.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, the present F.I.R. is a counterblast to Belchhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020 which was instituted by the petitioner no.1 herein against the side of the informant. Learned counsel further submits that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that no motive or reason for the occurrence has been given as such it is submitted that it is nothing but a counterblast to Belchhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020. It is next submitted that even injuries are simple in nature and as far as allegation of dashing the mother-in-law of the informant is alleged, that is nothing but an exaggerated allegation to give a serious colour to the case.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58798 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
