JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard both sides. The petitioner seeks bail in Main P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 in a case under Section 307 and other Sections of the I. P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant is brother of the petitioner and the informant alleged that the petitioner opened fire but the shot did not hit him.

It is submitted that on account of some family dispute, false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds
