The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. They are elder and younger brothers of the deceased respectively. Further submission is that on perusal of the Annexure nos. 3 and 4, it appears that earlier petitioners' father also lodged a complaint case against the informant and one Sadhu Rai to the effect that they have kidnapped her daughter-in-law.
