Petitioner is accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.430 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 365 and 370 of the I.P.C was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the basis of the written report of Arun Kumar Yadav, Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 430 of 2014 was instituted regarding missing of his son Bipin Kumar aged about 20 years. In course of investigation, the police recorded the statement of the victim, Bipin Kumar, who stated that this petitioner and one Manoj Kumar taken him to Patna and engaged him in a dairy form. Later on, the petitioner had given money to him to purchase the some articles from the market and the victim thereafter moved from their and reached to his house. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20850 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent and no atrocities has been alleged by the victim against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2014, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., First Class, Gaya in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 430 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
