" That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondents authorities for re-measurement of land and house of the petitioner situated near the road which was demolished by the local authorities without considering the relevant documents and objections raised by

Patna High Court CWJC No.16734 of 2013(6) dt.17-02-2023 2/3 the petitioner before the authority specially the Circle Officer of Sono Anchal who out of prejudice demolished the residential house of the petitioner which does not come under encroached land of public road as per measurement report of Amin.

The petitioner further prays for the direction of this Hon'ble Court that after remeasurement be restore earlier status of house and land of the petitioner as it was before the demolition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Jamui with regard to his subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a time frame be fixed for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, Jamui within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six

Patna High Court CWJC No.16734 of 2013(6) dt.17-02-2023 3/3 weeks thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
