The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Mufassil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased Ankit Kumar disclosed that Abhay Sharma took his son to play, but her son did not return. The dead body of her son was found in a maize field. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sheo Mangal Sharma, Kishor Sharma have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18666 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Mufassil (Mahadeva) P.S.
