Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner along with others were apprehended on police raid. During course of search, from the possession of petitioner and Rahul Kumar, countrymade loaded pistol along with other items while from the possession of remaining, mobile, cash, cartridges were seized.

As per Paragraph-3 of the pleading, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 10.11.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner, Shiv Ratan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17458 of 2015 (02) dt.11-05-2015 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. B. M. Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P. S. Case no.233 of 2014.
