Patna High Court E.P. No.8 of 2020(22) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 respectively for withdrawal of this election petition. The notice has already been published and nobody has come to substitute the election petitioner in this matter within stipulated period of time in terms of sub-section (2)(c) of Section 110 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.

In view of the above circumstances, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this election petition. Accordingly, I.A. No. 03 of 2022 is allowed and the Election Petition stands withdrawn.
