JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application in order to approach the authority to consider his case for posting in Mahabir Middle School, Gaya.
In view of the fact that during the pendency of the writ application vacancy is now available at the school, in question, and, as such, there is no impediment for respondents for taking decision for posting the petitioner at the said school. Without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
