JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 52529 of 2017 and vide order dated 1.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46517 of 2018 along with other accused person and allegation is of throwing bomb and two persons were died in the occurrence.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about two years.

Heard learned APP.

In view of the allegation of throwing bomb and two persons were died, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned court below is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and learned District Judge, Saran is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46510 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 directed to ensure the commitment of the case within three months and the accused persons are directed to co-operate in the same. Once the case is committed, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of seven months from the date of commitment and if the trial is not concluded within the said period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
