====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to previous enmity. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with others fired upon the informant and his daughter. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.09.2020.

No.3107 of 2021(3) dt.15-06-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation of firing against this petitioner as the injury report corroborates the statement of the daughter of the informant. It is further submitted that all the injuries have been found to be grievous in nature. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
