Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30a and 30c of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Prosecution's case, in brief, is that 80 kg jaggery was recovered from a pick up van and 10 cartoon foreign liquor were recovered from a car.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is the owner of the said pick up van and no liquor has been recovered from it. Petitioner is a lady and has got no criminal antecedent.
